Emily provides experience in estimating, project management, and crew development. Ms. Weiss graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources, focusing on business strategy, leadership, and personnel management. She has also obtained her Associates of Applied Science in Construction Management, AHERA Building Inspector and AHERA Project Designer certifications. Ms. Weiss is a military veteran and possesses a safety background. Ms. Weiss joined the 3 Kings team in October 2018 as an administrative assistant and has continued her growth into estimating and project management. She has obtained her OSHA 10, and is responsible for the filing and tracking of all asbestos abatement notifications and crew certifications. Ms. Weiss has continuously shown her desire to succeed in procuring progressively more challenging projects, including residential, commercial, and government facilities. She was responsible for estimating and project management for an asbestos abatement project in excess of $1.5 million, with a very aggressive project schedule. During this project, she was responsible for managing a crew of 35 supervisors, workers, and apprentices. Ms. Weiss has become an asset to 3 Kings and we are happy to have her apart of the team.
