Skyway Park Bowl

For over six decades, Skyway Park Bowl was a fixture in the Bryn Mawr-Skyway neighborhood. A place where generations of families came together for birthdays, leagues, and late-night games. When King County Parks acquired the 3.82-acre site to build Skyway’s first community center, 3 Kings Environmental was proud to play a part in that transition. Our team handled the structural demolition, asbestos abatement and well decommissioning, clearing the way safely and responsibly for what comes next.

Projects like this one are exactly why our motto is “Making way for a better tomorrow.” A beloved gathering space is giving way to a brand-new, roughly 25,000-square-foot community hub. Complete with a gym, fitness area, meeting rooms, and gathering spaces for the neighborhood. We’re grateful to have been trusted with this project, and we’re excited to see Skyway’s next chapter take shape.
